The Role
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Head of Business Operations will be a trusted strategic operator responsible for driving cross-functional alignment, operational excellence, and execution across the company. You will lead strategic cross-functional projects and programs, improve visibility into business performance, optimize processes, and ensure teams have the frameworks, insights, and structures needed to hit operational and strategic goals.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, systems-level problem-solving, and a roll-up-your-sleeves bias for action—ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and loves building, scaling, and streamlining operations in a dynamic environment.
