Account Development Director
The Director of Account Development leads the Account Development function for the Lower Enterprise segment, driving new business, expansion, and customer adoption. This role blends people leadership with strategic and operational partnership, serving as a key advisor and execution partner to the Global Lead and leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Account Development Leadership & Growth
- Lead and develop a team of Account Development Representatives focused on identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business and upsell opportunities.
- Drive increased adoption and expansion within existing customers through a customer-obsessed approach, including insights analysis, proactive outreach, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure strong pipeline creation and customer outcomes.
- Identify opportunities in the ‘unassigned’ accounts by leveraging ICP insights through tools, knowledge and intent.
Strategic & Operational Partnership
- Act as an operations partner to the Global Lead and Lower Enterprise leadership team.
- Help define and evolve strategy, identifying opportunities to pivot based on business insights.
- Advise on key initiatives and ensure alignment across functions to meet team and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Passion for People Management
- Experience having sold Dataiku or similar platform.
- Strong strategic, operational, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Customer-first mindset with a track record of driving growth and adoption.
