We’re seeking a Staff, HR Business Partner to support our regional talent strategy and drive the execution of people solutions that enable business growth. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will serve as a trusted advisor to key leaders, working closely with regional leaders to support rapid expansion and organizational transformation.

In this role, you will translate global strategy into culturally informed regional execution enabling local adoption while avoiding unnecessary customization or duplication, You will work across the People Experience organization to support both functional and regional business needs and help shape a culture that attracts, develops, and empowers exceptional talent to drive meaningful impact every day.

What you'll do
- Shape and execute the global talent strategy for the region translating business goals into culturally informed, integrated, scalable people strategies and initiatives that accelerate business growth and deliver results – without reinventing or duplicating existing approaches.
- Partner with regional leaders as a trusted advisor, coaching and developing them to build high-performing, learning-driven teams and a culture of innovation.
- Act as the strategic connector between business units, Px Centers of Excellence, and regional teams—ensuring talent programs and solutions are aligned, data-driven and impactful as they are deployed across client organizations. Monitor results and work collaboratively to continuous refine approaches and address gaps.
- Leverage insights and analytics to track organizational health and culture, diagnose challenges, and design agile solutions that fuel business success. Work closely with leaders and the business to influence decisions, and use data driven diagnostics tools and processes to develop solutions to continuously improve org effectiveness.

- Drive change and transformation by informing, influencing, and communicating people strategies that deliver a seamless, ‘one-Px-team' experience across the organization, working closely with the Functional PXBP Global Lead to ensure alignment and impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Security, and other partners to deliver aligned, efficient, and compliant business outcomes.
- Lead as part of the People Experience and PX HRBP Leadership Team, driving enterprise-level initiatives regionally and shaping the evolution of our global People function.
- Partner with key Stakeholders to drive transformation—informing a global service delivery model that delivers integrated People Experience services and solutions across international regions while balancing speed, innovation, and operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of broad professional HR experience in a high growth company, preferably in the technology industry with public sector a plus
- Experience with global businesses, delivering people solutions for international companies.
- Track record in partnering with and influencing senior business executives within a high growth technology company.
- Experience operating in a global People Experience organization with COEs, Shared Services and multi-region teams playing critical roles in providing end-to-end services across a global business and multi-country workforce.
- Have used HCM technology, other point solution applications and sophisticated data analytics to achieve productivity, drive insights and improve employee, manager and executive engagement.
Education
- You have expert knowledge of HR theories, practices and principles as normally obtained through the completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or Business Management. MBA or other Master’s Degree preferred not required.

- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
