Global Head of Executive Engagement Responsibilities:
- Global Strategy - Define the vision, framework, and operating model for executive engagement across NORAM, EMEA, and APAC
- C-Suite Relationships - Partner with Meta's sales and enterprise leaders to identify and engage the executives who matter most. Become the architect of trust at the top
- Transformational Experiences - Design and deliver world-class and unforgettable executive briefing experiences. Use our own innovations – AI, mixed reality, spatial computing – to showcase what's possible
- Cross-Functional Impact - Align Product, Marketing, Sales, Policy, and Communications around a unified executive narrative. Build an internal network of Meta's best thought leaders to bring our internal visionaries in front of our strategic partners
- Thought Leadership - Inform strategy using industry/market insights by identifying and providing growth opportunities to cross-functional leadership
- Measurable Results - Prove the value. Connect executive engagement directly to pipeline acceleration, partnership depth, and strategic influence with clear KPIs and executive reporting
- World-Class Team - Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing global team that executes as one team and embodies Meta's values
Minimum Qualifications:
- 12+ years in executive engagement, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or executive briefing programs at a global technology company
- 8+ years of managing teams
- Experience building and scaling global programs across multiple regions
- Demonstrated experience of emerging technologies and industry trends
- Results-driven mindset with an instinct for measuring what matters
- Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where the playbook hasn’t been created yet
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience leading an Executive Briefing Center
- Background in AI, AR/VR, wearables, or platform ecosystems
- Experience partnering with global retail, enterprise, or channel organizations
- Proven to connect executive engagement to measurable commercial outcomes

$190,000/year to $264,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
