Role Overview
As part of the Sales Strategy & Operations team at Harvey, this role supports the revenue growth of our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. Reporting to the GTM Enablement Lead, you will help establish foundational sales processes, build strategic programs, and drive continuous education to ensure we are meeting the needs of the organization.
What You'll Do
GTM Onboarding: Design and implement an engaging onboarding curriculum to support successful GTM staff ramp-up.
Training & Support: Lead onboarding sessions and create essential training materials that empower GTM teams with knowledge and skills.
Content Development: Partner with internal teams to build and manage GTM collateral and enablement resources.
Collaborative Development: Work cross-functionally to integrate product knowledge and sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) into training.
Foundational Enablement: Develop and centralize enablement content, tools, and resources for GTM.
What You Have
3-6 years of experience in related fields, with at least 2 years in enablement or training roles, or customer facing work. Preferable to sales backgrounds.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with an adaptable, collaborative approach.
Experience with training design, curriculum creation, and a “roll up your sleeves” mentality.
Familiarity with GTM functions (Sales, Customer Success) and AI or SaaS is a plus.
