About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Technical Program Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the development and delivery of our GPU infrastructure solutions and AI/ML applications. You will manage complex projects and ensure alignment with business goals while maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance. This role reports to our SVP of Engineering.
What You’ll Do:
- Project Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product management, and professional services teams to define project requirements, scope, and milestones.
- Technical Expertise: Leverage your background in software, systems, or hardware engineering to provide guidance on technical decisions and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on project status, challenges, and risks, and facilitating decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project management and delivery.
- Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, technical program management, or delivery management.
- Strong understanding of GPU infrastructure and its applications in AI/ML workloads.
- Proven track record of managing complex technical projects in a professional services environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).
- A passion for technology and a deep understanding of cloud computing, data centers, and enterprise-scale solutions.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $200,000-$250,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Hybrid Workplace
Successful candidates will be expected to attend onboarding training at our NJ Headquarters within their first several weeks of employment, with subsequent quarterly travel requirements of 1 week duration.
