Your Mission
Are you passionate about storytelling, customer success, and marketing? This summer, become an integral part of UiPath’s Customer Advocacy team!
Our team collaborates across Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, Investor Relations, and Strategy to identify, manage, and develop compelling customer reference and advocacy stories. These stories showcase how enterprise and emerging companies achieve success and value with UiPath’s solutions.
We seek a proactive, creative, and collaborative intern eager to learn and contribute to our customer advocacy initiatives. If you’re driven by making an impact through customer success stories and building connections, this role is perfect for you!
What You'll Do At UiPath
- Develop and implement sales enablement resources and marketing content centered around impactful customer stories.
- Refine and scale processes for tracking customer outreach, advocate engagement, and content utilization.
- Engage customers in marketing programs, campaigns, and events to drive advocacy participation.
- Collaborate with internal teams—Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success—to design and execute customer advocacy plans and initiatives.
- Foster and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with customers to highlight their successes.
What You'll Bring To The Team
- Currently a rising Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields—or prior internship experience in these areas.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong partnerships within and across teams.
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, adaptable to a variety of audiences.
