About the Role:
The Vice President of Sales will spearhead our efforts to penetrate the optometry market, leveraging our groundbreaking solutions to enhance patient care and operational efficiencies. This role is a senior individual contributor position. You will engage deeply with optometry practices to uncover their needs and demonstrate the transformative impact of Hippocratic AI’s technologies.
Responsibilities:
Design and execute a bold, strategic sales plan to capture market share and revolutionize the optometry field.
Forge lasting relationships with optometry practices, organizations, and key influencers, becoming a trusted partner in their success.
Leverage market intelligence and insights to uncover high-impact opportunities and position our solutions as indispensable tools.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure offerings are tailored to exceed client expectations and solve their most pressing challenges.
Utilize performance metrics and client feedback to refine your approach, ensuring continuous improvement and exceptional results.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the optometry market.
Build and maintain relationships with optometry practices, organizations, and key influencers.
Stay abreast of industry developments to drive strategic opportunities.

Qualifications
Must-Have:
Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
Demonstrated success in sales within the optometry or related healthcare field.
