About the Role:
As the Vice President of Sales, you will drive the growth and adoption of our solutions within the veterinary industry. You will operate as a senior individual contributor, responsible for creating and executing a strategic sales plan and fostering strong client relationships. Your focus will be on understanding the unique needs of veterinary practices and positioning Hippocratic AI’s solutions as essential tools for improving outcomes in the veterinary space.
Responsibilities:
Craft and execute an inspiring sales strategy tailored to the veterinary industry to drive rapid adoption and market growth.
Build deep, impactful relationships with key decision-makers at veterinary practices, clinics, and corporate groups, becoming a trusted advisor.
Identify untapped market opportunities and create innovative approaches to position our solutions as game-changers in veterinary care.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions address client challenges and deliver measurable results.
Continuously evaluate and refine your sales approach based on performance metrics, market feedback, and emerging trends
Qualifications
Must-Have:
Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in sales within the veterinary industry.
Experience managing complex sales cycles as an individual contributor.
Strong network within the veterinary space.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
