The team acts as consultative partners to our leaders across the organization, from technical managers up to our CEO, Sam Altman. We’re an established, collaborative team with a balance of structure, process, and ambitious problems to solve for.
About the role
We’re seeking an Emerging Talent Recruiting Coordinator to join our team, focusing on the logistics and coordination of recruiting efforts aimed at emerging talent. This role will involve close collaboration with recruiters, program managers, and hiring managers. You will primarily be responsible for scheduling interviews, managing the logistics of recruiting events, and supporting a seamless candidate experience.
In This Role, You Will:
Manage the end-to-end scheduling process for Emerging Talent recruiting events and interviews
Oversee logistics for onsite and external events, including ordering catering, swag distribution, and marketing asset creation
Perform basic resume screening and manage high volumes of candidate communications
Ensure the effective use of our recruiting tools, such as Ashby, Notion, HackerRank, Envoy, and other relevant platforms, to maintain a positive and efficient hiring process
Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication with candidates, recruiters, and event stakeholders
Adapt to various tasks and responsibilities as they arise, demonstrating comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to tackle new challenges

Location and Workplace
This role is based in our San Francisco, CA office. Our offices use a hybrid work model: three days in the office per week with optional work from home on Thursdays and Fridays. Our open-plan offices have height-adjustable desks, conference rooms, phone booths, well-stocked kitchens full of snacks and drinks and more.
