About the Role:
We’re looking for strong full-stack software engineers to build and scale foundational self-service insights platform components. This engineer will take ownership of developing and scaling AI-enabled software services that accelerate and democratize data-driven decision making at CoreWeave. You’ll be instrumental in removing bottlenecks, reducing engineering toil, and enabling teams to independently explore, analyze, and act on data - without needing deep technical expertise. By building intelligent query interfaces, scalable data access layers, and automated insight-generation tools, you’ll help transform how teams interact with data, making it more intuitive, accessible, and actionable at scale.
This role comes with direct executive-level visibility and the opportunity to drive high-impact, business critical projects. The systems and services you build will be used across the company, shaping how leadership and teams make strategic decisions. If you’re looking for high-velocity career growth, an opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI-driven data products, and a chance to influence the company’s data strategy at the highest levels, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale AI-driven self-service data exploration tools, text-to-SQL interfaces, and automation for frictionless data access.
- Develop and optimize high-performance, scalable software services that integrate with our data platform.
- Implement automated monitoring, observability, and security features to ensure platform reliability.
- Drive software development best practices in CI/CD, testing, and deployment to deliver high-quality products efficiently.
- Work cross-functionally with data engineers, platform engineers, and business stakeholders to define and execute strategic roadmap initiatives.
- Engage with leadership and key decision-makers, ensuring the insights platform aligns with company-wide objectives.
Qualifications
- You thrive in a fast-paced, complex, work environment and you love tackling hard problems.
- 5+ years of experience with Kubernetes and Helm, with a deep understanding of container orchestration.
- 7+ years of programming experience in C++, Go, C#, Java, TypeScript, or Python to deliver production grade cloud services.
- 5+ years of experience scripting in Python or Bash for automation and tooling.
- Proficiency in modern backend and frontend technologies (e.g., FastAPI, Kestrel, gRPC, Next, React).
- Proficiency with machine learning and data engineering platform tools (e.g., Ray, Kafka, Spark) is a plus.
- Experience shipping production-grade AI/ML/LLM-based applications, at scale, is a plus.
