About the role
As the founding member of our EMEA Revenue Operations team, you will be instrumental in helping Anthropic build a high-growth business that's scalable and predictable. You'll partner with regional leadership to drive strategic initiatives while ensuring operational excellence in our day-to-day execution. This role presents the opportunity to be at the frontier of AI development within go-to-market, and is ideal for those aligned with our mission of AI safety.
Responsibilities:
Operations & Process Excellence
- Design and implement processes that improve the efficiency and productivity of our sales team
- Provide frontline process and systems support and troubleshooting to GTM teams
- Work closely with our Sales teams to ensure accurate Salesforce data hygiene
- Partner with our systems team to optimize and implement new Salesforce workflows
- Work closely with Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, Strategic Finance, and Product teams to drive initiatives
Strategic Analysis & Data-Driven Support
- Partner with regional leadership to analyze and refine their region-specific strategy, including territory planning, resource allocation, and growth initiatives
- Maintain excellence through business reviews and operating cadences to help achieve company revenue targets
- Analyze sales performance metrics and develop insights to optimize segment performance using SQL, Salesforce, and internal BI tools
- Partner to create, evolve and maintain reporting mechanisms, using data to go from "what" to "why"
You may be a good fit if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in sales/revenue operations, strategy, or related functions
- Deep experience with GTM systems like Salesforce and business intelligence tools
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience project managing new processes with customer-facing teams
- A demonstrated ability to build trust with and influence a variety of stakeholders
- Have a high threshold for navigating ambiguity and are able to balance setting strategic priorities with rapid execution
- Track record of driving forward high-growth sales organizations
- An ability to pull signal through noise and create clarity, striving for potent simplicity as solutions to complex situations
- Experience in enterprise software and fast-paced startup environments preferred
