Life at UiPath
The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.
To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.
Could that be you?
Your Mission
At UiPath we're passionate about creating exceptional experiences for our employees. As part of the Global Employee Experience Team, you'll play a key role in bringing our unique culture to life and fostering a strong sense of community.
Our Team Focuses On Four Main Pillars
Enable our Culture & Belonging: Crafting programs that connect UiPathers and nurture a feeling of belonging, including recognition initiatives, live and virtual events, and coordinating People Unity Councils (our version of Employee Resource Groups).
Listening & Acting on Feedback: Gathering insights through surveys and data analysis and collaborating with HR Business Partners and leaders to make impactful improvements.
Delivering People-First Experiences: Designing seamless, end-to-end programs that enhance every stage of the employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding.
Driving Social Impact: Giving back to our communities through volunteering, donations, and sustainability initiatives, and contributing to our impact reporting.
As an Employee Experience Intern, you'll play an important role in enhancing the employee journey and promoting a culture of inclusion and belonging. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement programs that make every stage of the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—a delightful experience.
