Your mission
The Web project manager for the web marketing team will be responsible for managing technical and marketing projects end-to-end that support the marketing website’s objectives.
They must be able to operate in a highly ambiguous space with limited structure, showcase excellent leadership and problem–solving skills, act as a partner to cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with internal team members as well as external colleagues.
What You'll Do At UiPath
- Build and run KPI-driven processes that help the web team build the website roadmap to be aligned to team and overall business goals
- Develop detailed project plans to identify dependencies, risks, and critical paths that would impact project completion
- Monitor, track, and communicate project execution against the plan, to mitigate the risks and proactively resolve issues that would impact the delivery of the project
- Manage the pipeline, task prioritization, team capacity, and the internal scrum team processes
- Learn the architecture and integration points of processes, tech stack, and web standards
- Act as the main point of contact and build relationships with external teams to understand their objectives and help define where and how the web team can play a role in achieving them
- Collect project requirements, align with stakeholders on approvals, separate requirements into tasks, organize tasks into Jira tickets based on priorities, and distributes tickets to team members
- Coordinate asset lifecycle management processes with external teams to ensure accurate content is reflected on the website
- Coordinate with subdomain site owners to ensure that cross-domain brand messaging and communication are up-to-date across domains
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure that localization efforts are up-to-date across the global and regional websites
What You'll Bring To The Team
- Minimum of 3-5 years of web/digital project management as a part of a web team and/or department
- Proven track record of successfully managing website project
- Knowledge of website design and development best practices
- Ability to work closely with developers, designers, creative experts, and SEO professionals to ensure project success
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, manage resources, and meet deadlines
- Background in Marketing or strong understanding of Marketing processes and challenges
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage client relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues
- Working knowledge of SEO, web analytics, CRO as it relates to website production processes
- Experience with CMS platforms; bonus for Contentful, HubSpot, and WordPress
- UX experience is a plus
