Your mission
We’re looking for a creative and proactive
Employer Branding Intern (full-time schedule, six-month contract) to support our Global Employer Branding team in positioning UiPath as an employer of choice. You will help us create and share authentic content that highlights our company culture, values, and employee experiences across various platforms—online and offline. Your work will directly contribute to attracting and engaging the talent we need to achieve our purpose of accelerating human achievement, ensuring we provide candidates with the insights they want and need about UiPath. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in employer branding and content creation while learning how to make our company stand out in a competitive market and industry.
This Is What You'll Do At UiPath
- Support the Global Employer Branding team in day-to-day activities—planning, delivering, and reporting.
- Apply your creative abilities while following general guidelines to support in producing and maintaining various communication and employer branding materials, such as written content (blog posts, articles, social media copy), presentations, employee videos, testimonials, one-pagers, etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling, on-brand written content that communicates the company culture, values, and employee experiences.
- Make meaningful connections with people from all internal teams and support the creation of their stories in an authentic way through engaging content for our social media platforms to support employer branding efforts.
- Support the planning and delivery of external events, such as job fairs, conferences, and in-house events.
- Be a point of contact for external suppliers and internal teams for smooth project delivery.
- Bring and share ideas! Come up with ideas that could help us level up our visibility in the organization or the market.
This Is What You'll Bring To The Team
- Student or fresh graduate of Communication, PR, Advertising, Marketing, or other related bachelor’s or master’s degrees.
- Experience in volunteering for student associations/NGOs or involvement in similar projects is desired.
- Basic project management skills, such as planning, coordination, follow-up, and deadline management.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using virtual communication tools like Zoom, and Slack.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
- Advanced English language knowledge is required, both written and spoken.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and on-brand written content for various platforms and audiences.
- Ability to create and sustain productive relationships and networking within the organization as well as within the relevant external networks.
- Fast learning abilities and the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Creativity, a keen eye for visual details, and knowledge of image/video editing tools will represent a strong advantage.
- Previous exposure to corporate environments or experience collaborating with multiple global teams will represent an advantage.
