UiPath is excited to be expanding our People Services team and we are currently looking to bring in a new
People Operations Intern to support our business.
The People Operations team partners with stakeholders throughout the organization to seek out opportunities to build, improve, and align processes and policies that enable a consistent and efficient experience for our employees. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and high-energy Intern.
The role will support the People Operations team with the objective of efficiently and successfully organizing the documentation and help with first-level People operations support with a focus on exceptional employee experience. A successful People Operations Intern will be detail-oriented, customer-centric, and a problem solver.
Start date: Summer 2025, 6-months internship
Schedule: Full-time
Note: This is a 6-month full-time paid internship
This Is What You'll Do At UiPath
- Handles the preparation of human resources documentation (certificates, references, letters, etc.).
- Offers first level of support for Employees, for allocated processes, which can be done via a ticketing system.
- Ensure data accuracy of employee records in our HRIS system. Ensures that all employment-related documents are up to date (audit of employment contracts and additional documents, personal documents, naming conventions, etc.).
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager, including archiving the employment work documents, both in physical and scanned formats.
- Be part of Projects with different functional teams.
- Perform administrative duties as required to support the Employee Experience and People Operations team.
