YOUR MISSION:
As Partner Marketing Manager (f/m/d)*, you will play a pivotal role in driving partnerships-centric revenue, elevating our brand through strategic associations, and shaping the future of our Partner Marketing program. This role requires a commercial mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of how partnerships contribute to business success.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Build and nurture relationships with key partners to understand mutual goals and execute joint marketing initiatives.
- Create a balanced partner marketing framework that deepens strategic relationships with tier-1 partners and scales impacts with other partners.
- Develop and implement co-marketing strategies with partners to drive brand awareness and generate leads. Examples include webinars, events, and PR. Own the end-to-end delivery of such activities in coordination with the other marketing functions involved.
- Manage projects and execute partner marketing plans by collaborating closely with the Partnerships team, acting as the interface between partner managers and the Marketing department.
- Work agilely with field marketers to develop and execute effective, localized marketing plans.
- Collaborate with the partner team to create and maintain partner landing pages and Parloa’s presence on partner websites and portals.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a partner marketing or related role.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritize and allocate resources strategically.
- Strong project management skills with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
- Experience working closely with field marketers to create and implement marketing plans.
- Fluency in English and German
