The Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing to build and lead a comprehensive, lifecycle CRM program for our 12M+ Members from scratch. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to drive consumer loyalty, engagement, and revenue through personalized email, text, push and targeted promotional programs. You will be instrumental in building the tools, lists, and creative needed to create a thriving and data-driven Lifecycle marketing program for our Members and to a smaller extent, for real-estate client prospects on the B2B side of our business.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive, national lifecycle program strategy aligned with company goals
- Build the foundational infrastructure, including CRM tools, databases, and segmentation strategies, with a focus on national scalability
- Brief creative and implement campaigns that drive specific objectives, always keeping the brand top of mind when crafting and approving messaging
- Plan and execute national promotional programs that drive revenue and engagement, while effectively managing budgets and resources.
- Analyze program performance and leverage data insights to identify trends, regional variations, and opportunities for optimization across all markets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, legal, sales, product and partnerships to ensure seamless program execution and driving action
- Track and analyze KPIs to measure program effectiveness across regions and nationally, and generate reporting and dashboards to communicate insights and trends to senior leadership
- Utilize A/B testing and AI tools to optimize marketing campaigns nationally and regionally
- Build and lead a high-performing team of CRM managers, marketing professionals, and/or agency resources while fostering a collaborative, data-driven culture across the MarCom team

The anticipated base salary for this position is $150,000.00 to $180,000.00 annually. The actual base salary offered is determined by a number of variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location of residence and/or place of employment. Base salary is one component of Metropolis’s total compensation package, which may also include access to or eligibility for healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a lucrative stock option plan, bonus plans and more.
