YOUR MISSION:
We’re looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our in-house technology team in Berlin. You’ll play a key role in supporting our day-to-day IT operations, helping to maintain and improve our internal systems, and ensuring our team has the tools and support they need to work effectively.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Be the go-to person for Parloa’s IT questions and tech hiccups, from setup to troubleshooting.
- Help onboard new colleagues with everything they need: devices, accounts, and access to our internal systems.
- Support the maintenance and improvement of our office IT setup (network, meeting room tech, printers, etc.).
- Assist in tracking and documenting hardware, software, and licenses.
- Get involved in automation and security initiatives that make Parloa’s internal IT smarter and safer.
- Keep things organized by contributing to clear documentation and IT best practices.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- You can work from our Berlin office a minimum of 4 days per week.
- You’ve got a basic understanding of computers & operating systems (macOS), and cloud tools like Google Workspace, Slack, or Notion.
- You’re curious, organized, and love solving problems.
- You’re comfortable communicating in English (German is a plus).
- Most importantly, you’re a team player who’s ready to learn and make a difference.
