The Role
SuperAnnotate AI Inc. is seeking a People Operations Associate to work closely with and directly support the People Operations Manager across core HR, talent, and organizational initiatives. This role is designed as a hands-on support position, ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with 1–2 years of experience who are eager to build a strong foundation in People Operations within a fast-growing AI company.
The Associate will assist in execution, coordination, data tracking, and operational support across strategic HR, recruitment, training, performance management, and organizational development initiatives. This role does not own strategy independently but contributes actively under guidance and supervision.
What You Will Do
- Assist with headcount tracking, workforce data updates, and HR reporting.
- Support preparation of workforce plans, forecasts, and HR dashboards.
- Help maintain organizational charts and role documentation.
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions.
- Screen resumes and support candidate shortlisting.
- Coordinate interviews and manage recruitment tracking.
- Support the administration of technical assessments.
- Support Training Needs Assessments and maintain training calendars.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external training sessions.
- Track training attendance, feedback, and documentation.
- Assist with onboarding coordination and employee documentation.
- Support performance management cycles and feedback tracking.
- Help with employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Support OKR cycles, engagement surveys, and performance data collection.
- Assist in Employer Branding.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR or People Operations is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Strong Plus
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and employee lifecycle processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic reporting.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work closely under supervision.
