Why This Role Matters
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented AI Data Operations Coordinator to support the execution of complex Large Language Model (LLM) and multimodal annotation projects. This role is central to coordinating annotators and QAs, translating task requirements into actionable assignments, tracking progress, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across fast-moving AI initiatives for global enterprise clients.
You will act as the operational bridge between project requirements and execution, ensuring that the right tasks reach the right resources, blockers are resolved quickly, and delivery remains on schedule.
What You Will Do
- Own end-to-end coordination of LLM, multimodal, and complex annotation tasks, ensuring clarity on guidelines, edge cases, and quality standards.
- Assign and rebalance annotators and QAs based on skill fit, availability, priority, and delivery risk.
- Drive daily execution by tracking progress, resolving blockers, and ensuring on-time task completion.
- Monitor throughput and queues to maintain consistent operational velocity.
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for annotators and QAs, managing task communication and clarifications.
- Escalate risks, delays, and ambiguities with clear context and mitigation plans.
- Identify operational, quality, and workflow risks, including recurring QA error patterns, and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of task status, outcomes, and key learnings for stakeholders.
What You Will Bring
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in IT, CSE, Science, Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- A high level of English proficiency(written and verbal) is mandatory, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with global stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of annotation workflows, especially for LLM, NLP, vision-language, or multimodal projects.
- High proficiency in task tracking using spreadsheets and collaboration tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with global teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple task streams simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for operational gaps and execution risks.
- Experience with Slack, Discord, Jira, or similar collaboration/project tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with data annotation platforms and QA workflows.
- A basic understanding of LLM or multimodal AI concepts is a strong advantage.
- Exposure to scripting or automation (e.g., Python, Sheets formulas) is a plus.

Work Schedule & Location:

Schedule and Shifts:
- Any 5 working days per week (rostered), which may include weekends based on operational requirements.
- Rotational shifts aligned with 24/7 operational requirements.
- Shifts will be assigned based on project needs and team rostering, with advance notice provided.
Salary: BDT 30,000 - 50,000 BDT (Based on Skills and Experience)
