Your Mission
Your Mission: You will participate in the process of issuing invoices and credit notes to the customers and administration of customers agreements in the ERP software to ensure correct billing and collection of invoices.
What You'll Do At UiPath
- Participate in the process of issuing invoices and credit notes to the customers
- Identify inconsistencies in the contracts before issuing an invoice
- Research and resolve client billing problems
- Verification of customer agreements for billing related clauses, to ensure their accuracy in the ERP system
- Checking full customer details to ensure correct billing, collection of invoices and proper reporting
- Preparing different information for the sales team necessary to participate in tenders or in sales negotiations (checking the quotations, calculating pro-rates, etc.)
- Communication and cooperation with supervisor and the team to ensure both contractual and operational KPIs are met
- Responsibility of delivering data within agreed deadlines
- Communicating with the client or other internal departments in relation to processed activities and solving issues
- Recommends, develops and implements actions to improve the team activity, procedures, policies, activities
What You'll Bring To The Team
- University Degree in one of the following areas Economic / Commercial / Administrative
- Advanced English language knowledge (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) and ERP software
- High attitude towards quality and accurateness
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Develops good relations with the colleagues from all departments
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable dealing with numbers and processing of financial information
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and external agencies to maximize performance, for creativity, problem solving, and results
