Your Mission
Your mission: As a Talent Development Manager, you will be part of the passionate team that creates the foundation to accelerate our people's growth, elevates our leadership capabilities by growing a world-class leadership, and drives a high-performance inclusive culture.
This individual contributor role focuses mostly on designing and delivering a seamless, end-to-end experience around performance and succession management. You will be responsible for aligning these processes with our business objectives and talent strategy, ensuring a strong pipeline of future leaders and nurturing a culture of high performance.
What You'll Do At UiPath
- Performance Management: Develop and refine performance frameworks, tools, and practices that enable continuous improvement and align with the company's business goals.
- Succession Planning: Lead the design and implementation of strategies to identify and develop key talent, ensuring readiness for critical roles and future opportunities.
- Business Alignment: Understand organizational goals and priorities to connect performance and succession initiatives to the broader business and talent strategy.
- Enablement: Provide appropriate enablement and upskilling sessions for key stakeholders, delivering on key performance stages: setting objectives, feedback, growth connects, succession bench, performance and potential reviews and calibrations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders and HR teams to integrate performance and succession initiatives with other key processes, fostering a culture of growth and development.
- Data-Driven Insights: Gather data and develop dashboards to better understand trends. Use metrics and insights to evaluate program effectiveness, and make informed decisions to enhance talent outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Contribution: Collaborate on other talent and leadership growth initiatives such as career management, employee development, leadership development programs, and more.
What You'll Bring To The Team
- 6+ years in an HR function with deep understanding of performance management, succession planning, and talent strategy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively. Experience in aligning strategy and execution across various stakeholders, engaging them as sponsors.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks/projects.
- Proficient in data interpretation with the ability to turn insights into actionable plans.
- A growth mindset, with an ability to adapt, pivot, and change when needed while maintaining a positive attitude.
- An ‘owner mindset’ with a strong willingness to move beyond the challenges and come up with solutions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and inclusive approach. Comfortable speaking in public, adapting to different types of stakeholders.
- Excellent written and spoken English knowledge.
- Flexibility to contribute to diverse projects across the Talent & Leadership Growth team.
