About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Chief Commercial Officers (CCO), and Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive team, directly impacting the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities:
Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, prioritize appointments, and coordinate cross-functional meetings to keep our executive team focused and aligned.
Organize offsite events and team meetings, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully considered and flawlessly executed.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and materials for high-stakes meetings and initiatives.
Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and handle last-minute changes gracefully and efficiently.
Foster strong relationships across teams, acting as a liaison to help connect the dots and ensure collaboration runs smoothly.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting multiple C-level executives simultaneously.
Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment, preferably a startup or high-growth company.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to shifting needs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Proficiency with Google Workspace.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to anticipate needs.
Nice to Haves:
Experience in project management or event planning.
Experience managing budgets or expense reports.
Background in healthcare, tech, or other mission-driven industries.
