Anthropic is looking for a talented and driven Sourcer (Contract) to partner with our technical and non-technical teams. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and source highly qualified candidates
- Partner with technical hiring managers and interviewers to understand hiring needs, team matching, required skills and qualifications
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to understand organizational needs and map out long-term talent acquisition strategies that balance priorities across all technical teams
- Stay up-to-date on sourcing best practices, emerging sourcing techniques, interview innovations, and workplace trends
You may be a good fit if you:
- Have 5+ years of experience in sourcing
- Have a passion for AI's potential to positively impact the world and realistic assessment of its risks and limitations
- Are experimental and open to new, creative recruiting ideas or have experience working with hiring managers who are open to non-traditional talent strategies
- Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and enjoy juggling multiple priorities
- Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as a proactive mindset and ability to operate with autonomy

Compensation (USD):
- This role is a contract and the expected base pay range for this role is $110 - $140 per hour, 40 hours per week maximum.
- Starting with a 6-month engagement and potential to extend.
- This role will be employed through our 3rd party talent partner. Please note that this role, as a short-term contract position, will be eligible for benefits as provided by our talent partner.
Role Specific Location Policy:
- While we currently expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time, this role is exempt from the policy to come into a hub but would need to operate during regular Pacific Timezone working hours.
