YOUR MISSION:
As a (Junior) People Operations Partner (f/m/d)*, you will support and drive flawless people experience at Parloa by implementing scalable processes and fostering a sense of belonging.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Take ownership of the global Pre-, On- and Offboarding including coordinating and hosting onboarding sessions.
- Responsible for People's Administrative tasks such as working abroad requests and reference letters.
- Support in contract management and dealing with Bundesagentur für Arbeit and health insurance providers.
- Handle daily employee requests via our ticketing system.
- Maintain our internal knowledge base.
- Manage data by record keeping, documentation, and fillings.
Our People Tech-stack:
HiBob, Leapsome, Greenhouse, Notion, Gaia, GSuite, Slack, Asana
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Regular in-office collaboration in our Berlin location at least 3 times per week
- Effective written and verbal communication in English.
- Experience in designing and implementing people processes including but not only global Pre-, On- and Offboarding.
- Experience in Employee relations and People Administration tasks.
- Proficient in HRIS and other People related software.
- Compliance and Labour law knowledge.
- Ability to adapt to and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Sophisticated Project Management skills.
- Conversational German skills.
