Your Mission
Your mission: as an FP&A Analyst in this role you will support the Global Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team.
In this role you will be responsible for internal management reporting of the Global Total Company (incl. weekly pacing, monthly/quarterly BOD reporting). In addition, the role will be responsible for cross-functional analysis that drives internal decision making. You, as a successful candidate, will have broad familiarity across Corporate systems (ERP, HRIS, CRM); and have the depth to perform detailed ad hoc analysis with relevant SaaS experience. Reporting line will be directly into VP of Global FP&A.
What You'll Do At UiPath
- Develop relationships and become a trusted finance business partner across the organization; partner cross-functionally with Finance, Sales and Sales Support, Global Bus, Product, & Corporate
- Assist business partners and senior management with special projects to support strategic decision-making (e.g. scenario analysis, global business forecasting, sales productivity analysis)
- Prepare presentations and other supporting materials to help translate numbers into narrative on a monthly basis
- Quality assurance and checking of all Board-level and external financial communication
What You'll Bring To The Team
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, and/or 2-4 years relevant experience
- Mastery of MS-Office (i.e., Excel, Powerpoint) with proven experience to build financial models
- Strong communication skills (written and oral) and relationship skills
- Organized, analytical, motivated, curious, resourceful, flexible, and collaborative
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude who seeks out opportunities for yourself and the team
- Project and Time Management skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
