YOUR MISSION:
As our new Partnerships Manager (DACH) you will be joining the Service Partners DACH team. Your mission will be to build and manage a portfolio of high-impact regional professional services partners within the Parloa Partner Program to drive substantial revenue growth and contribute to the company’s overall business objectives. We are looking for you to bring your tenacious work ethic, your enthusiasm, optimism, and your passion to foster profound growth in your partner portfolio.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Develop and execute a long-term vision and strategy for relevant service partners.
- Identify, recruit, and qualify new partners, ensuring the best program fit.
- Leverage your executive network and C-level contacts to drive successful partnerships.
- Build and maintain trusted-advisor relationships with partners for strategic alignment.
- Align partners’ priorities and goals with Parloa’s to create mutually beneficial account plans.
- Conduct regular partner and quarterly business reviews to track progress, address gaps, and drive action.
- Identify new business opportunities and innovative ways to enhance joint success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive partner success.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously empower partners.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 2+ years of experience in partner management at a software company.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving results.
- Strong communication skills to articulate company vision and effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to execute in an environment where priorities change quickly, demonstrating agility, adaptability, and problem solving skills.
- Experience in enterprise software or contact center technologies is a big plus.
- Fluency in writing and speaking German and English
